September 10, 2008 by Andy · 1 Comment

A Beny treadmill is an economical choice for performing multiple types of exercise-both cardiovascular and aerobic-from the comfort of your own home. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, Beny is a popular fitness line, with other available products such as a multi gym, rowing machine, elliptical strider and trainer, tummy trimmer, hydraulic stepper, exercise bike, and trampoline. A Beny treadmill costs around 375 and higher ($716.66 equivalent) with superior quality and style.

Most people enjoy walking, jogging, and running out of any other form of fitness. In fact, running is the number one form of fitness in the United Kingdom itself. A Beny treadmill will provide you with all your fitness needs. The best one for beginners and individuals who desire a moderate workout is the V-Fit RTv-3P Runner, a foldable treadmill featuring a speed, distance, time, pulse, and calorie display, multi-position incline, seven programmable settings, and a 3hp motor, with a price of 709 and higher ($1,355.39). Other treadmill styles include the PSTv-04 Powerstrider, STv-1P Programmable Stroller, PJTV-06, PRTv-08 Power Runner, Motivefitness MFPT-12, and JTv-2P Jogger.

General precautions with any of the Beny treadmills include:

  1. Follow all assembly instructions prior to use, to ensure optimum safety and performance.
  2. Keep pets and children away during use, to avoid injury.
  3. Allow for necessary space while exercising by using the treadmill in an open area.
  4. Wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times.
  5. Use and store indoors only.
  6. Adhere to weight requirements-use only for people up to 242 lbs.

Once you have followed the necessary steps to assemble your treadmill, and are ready to exercise, start slowly, gradually increasing your speed (and incline) as you feel comfortable. As with any exercise regimen, do consult with your physician prior to use.

Beny makes a good treadmill for the money. I own the V-Fit RTv-3P Runner and I couldn’t be happier. Progamming different variables such as incline and speed control are among the best I’ve used.
