Like any other form of exercise and or exercise equipment, elliptical machines only provide results if you put in the effort. You will be surprised at the results and the change in your body. For instance, make a schedule for working out so you have already planned for it in your day. After a nice warm up, begin speeding up a bit and exerting a little more effort. You want to get your heart rate up, however remember to take it slowly the first week or two. As you build up endurance and stamina, your body will react better to a more intense workout. Remember to work out several times every week and change your workout routine a bit so you will not become bored with the elliptical machine.
