Embarrassed but undeterred
June 14, 2008 by Andy
Well, I slipped off the path of healthy living. This was partly due to a 3 week vacation where the temptations were too much. In all, I put on few kilos.
Even though I am very disappointed in myself, I am not giving up. It is easy for people to slip in their lifestyle changes, but the most important thing is to get back up, dust yourself off, and re-establish a healthier lifestyle. That is what I am doing.
For the last two weeks, I have been following a book called “Body for Life” by Bill Phillips. Its a 12 week program designed to help lose fat, gain muscle, and improve fitness.
I will be starting a new category on this site called “Body For Life”, and post my progress on there.
Since my 30 day challenge is well and truly over, I have decided to start a new section on this site, that simply follows my weekly progress.
