The Quiet Glide drive technology uses a multi ribbed quiet Poly-V belt to insure a very quiet workout. This means you can work out without disturbing your family. This machine is expected to last over 20,000 hours of use. That is more than fifty years of life when used for one hour per day.

The unit has a patented folding design that allows you to save space. Simply fold down the pedal arms when in use and fold them up when you are done. The pedal arms and guide rails conveniently lock together in an upright position when you want to use the room for other activities.
